Connect Experts, Power, Sites and Projects.

AIDCKOL is an AI-native, expert-backed service network for AI data center infrastructure in the United States. We start from a real project need — a site, a power question, a permit path — and connect it with verified human expertise, evidence-based research and the right counterparties.

Run a Site Check Apply as an Expert
Founding stage, stated plainly: AIDCKOL is newly launched. Our expert network and project pipeline are being built now, one verified member and one real project at a time. This site lists no expert, project or client until they are real, verified and have consented to be listed.

What we do

Site Check

Submit a property or parcel. We research power feasibility with evidence, zoning and permits, fiber, water and cooling, environmental and hazard risk — and tell you what is confirmed, what is inferred, and what still has to be verified.

Expert Network

Power, permitting, site development, engineering, supply chain and operations professionals — identity and credentials reviewed by a human before anyone is listed.

Projects

Landowners, developers, operators and investors submit projects — industrial conversions, powered land, data center developments, power & energy, equipment and partnerships. Public and confidential submissions are kept strictly separate.

A sourced knowledge base on the U.S. AIDC market: site selection, power access, permitting, industrial conversions and supply chain. Every claim carries a source and a date.

How Site Check works

1. Submit

Address or parcel, current use, target MW and project stage. Two minutes.

2. Research

Our research agents assemble public evidence — utility service area, power evidence, zoning, fiber, water, hazards — and a human reviews anything that matters.

3. Report

You receive a structured report in three parts: confirmed facts, reasonable inferences and to be verified, each with sources and dates, plus a next-step diligence plan.

4. Go deeper

Site Check Pro adds depth and expert review; custom feasibility studies are scoped with the specialists your project actually needs.

Capacity, stated honestly: four different things

A single "MW" number is meaningless without its status. Every AIDCKOL report separates:

StatusMeaning
PlannedAn intention or announcement. No filing, no commitment. Treated as a lead, not capacity.
AppliedA load / interconnection request or permit application has actually been filed with the utility or authority.
CommittedThe utility or authority has committed in writing — e.g. a service agreement or an issued permit — with stated MW and terms.
OperationalEnergized and in service today.

We never merge these into one number, and we never use labels such as "Power-Ready" or "Permit-Ready" for a site that has not been verified to that standard.

Principles we operate under

Evidence first

All research carries sources, dates and an evidence grade. No exceptions.

No invented proof

No fabricated experts, projects, clients or results — ever. Empty sections stay empty until they are real.

Humans decide

AI agents research and draft. External submissions, payments, contracts and formal professional opinions always require human authorization.
